As you head down to the Lower level, you will enter the open, spacious media room. If you are not up for a movie or game, maybe you would like to warm up in the sauna or relax in the private outdoor hot tub. The wet bar makes your time down here more convenient, or if you feel like doing laundry, the washer/dryer is located on this level also.
The Top level is a wonderful area for the kids with their own sleeping area, the second, smaller kitchen and a big screen TV.
The Main level has an open living/kitchen/dining area. In the living room you will find comfortable leather sofas, a wood burning fireplace, TV/stereo, and reclining chair. The dining room has a large table and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar.
You can easily access the spacious deck from the living area or dining room. Here you can relax, enjoy the views, or cook on the BBQ grill.
